On-Site Training
A School-Connect trainer can come to your school or district to provide a one- or two-day staff in-service. The in-service will provide an overview of social and emotional learning (SEL); curriculum concepts, strategies, and implementation options; practice in facilitating student-driven discussions and engagement strategies; and links to academic skills and motivation. This interactive training is rated highly by participants and fosters teacher confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment to program goals.
We understand that teachers and administrators have varied needs based on their experience with social and emotional learning and the program implementation model the school or district will be following. A pre-training conference call will help us tailor the in-service to your school or district.
Costs
Onsite one-day trainings cost $4,320 and two-day trainings cost $7,200 (**a 20% savings for new School-Connect customers from SEL Launchpad’s normal daily rate). Training fees include travel and lodging. Rates may vary based on proximity to an airport, lower or higher than average travel/hotel costs, and added services.
